Misc: Students will need to be available
immediately after school to help set up the event. Please ensure that
there is a ride waiting for students at 6:00. Any cellists who get a ride to
school in the morning should plan on bringing their instruments. ALL STUDENTS NEED TO BRING A FOLDING
MUSIC STAND LABELED WITH THEIR NAME.

Students will be dismissed from school 5 min early to avoid parking lot traffic
at the end of the day and MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO WEST. They should go straight there and
need to have their instrument out and be in their seat ready to go before 4
pm. Please make sure that they are picked up promptly at 6. All cellists
should plan on having their own instruments for this rehearsal. ALL STUDENTS NEED TO BRING A FOLDING
MUSIC STAND LABELED WITH THEIR NAME.
